2013 Meditation for Inner Peace - Weekly Group sessions 

 Regular Meditation Classes on Tuesday start from 19.00 - 22.00hrs

Meditation is a simple but most effective way to achieve a deep state of relaxation and to improve awareness. We welcomes all ages, families, and friends, to provide a guide to practising meditation in your own environment. No special talents or experience are required other than a willingness to open your mind and give it a try. And the benefits can be remarkable, by incorporating meditation into your life you may make a positive contribution to your overall health and well being - physical, mental and emotional. FIRST STAGE - Ten weeks session
A block programme for Ten weeks are design to develop your technique as a meditator, working on our group experiences.

Each week the meditation session will include one or all of the following theme: 
Introduction and welcome.

Sharing of Experience from prior week including a question and answer session.
New techniques.
Breath works. Effective conscious breathing techniques.
Group Meditation.
Health note of the day and how meditation can help.
Music & Poetry
Practical thoughts & techniques on implementing meditation in your daily routine.
